4. Booking and Payment

  • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by our team.
  • Prices listed on our website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.
  • Payment terms will be communicated at the time of booking confirmation.
  • We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time, though confirmed bookings will honour the quoted price.

5. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled service will receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee.
  • No-shows will be charged the full service amount.
  • We reserve the right to cancel services due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case a full refund will be provided.

6. Pet Owner Responsibilities

As a pet owner using our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information about your pet, including health conditions, behavioural issues, and dietary requirements.
  • Ensure your pet is up to date on vaccinations and flea/tick prevention.
  • Inform us of any changes to your pet's health or behaviour.
  • Provide necessary supplies (food, medications, leads, etc.) as required for the service.
  • Ensure safe access to your property for in-home services.
  • Provide emergency contact information and authorisation for veterinary care if needed.

7. Liability and Indemnification

While we take every precaution to ensure the safety and wellbeing of pets in our care:

  • We are not liable for any injury, illness, or death of your pet that occurs despite our reasonable care, including pre-existing conditions or reactions to other animals.
  • You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Azure Roads from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your pet's behaviour, including injuries to people, other animals, or property.
  • Our liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

8. Insurance

Azure Roads maintains public liability insurance. However, we recommend that pet owners maintain their own pet insurance coverage for additional protection.
